Brandon Flynn

Brandon Flynn is an American actor known for Justin Foley on 13 Reasons Why (Netflix, 2017–2020) and for his role in Fellow Travelers (Paramount+, 2023), a period drama following two gay men across decades of anti-LGBTQ+ government persecution from the McCarthy era through the AIDS crisis. He came out as gay in 2018 alongside his then-relationship with Sam Smith. Flynn has spoken about the experience of playing queer characters as a gay man and the importance of authentic LGBTQ+ storytelling in mainstream drama.
