Richard "Dickey" DiBella is a gay American production designer and art director, whose television work includes The Chris Gethard Show, Billy on the Street (2011), and Comedy Central's All-Star Non-Denominational Christmas Special, alongside film credits including The Rebound (2009) and The Bread, My Sweet (2001). He married actor Robin Lord Taylor in 2011, shortly after Iowa legalized same-sex marriage, following nearly eight years together. The two share a birthday and have kept their relationship largely private, rarely appearing together in public despite Taylor's rise to fame playing The Penguin on Gotham (2014). DiBella has continued to work behind the camera in production design while his husband's acting career has grown.
