Karan Soni

Karan Soni is an Indian-American actor who is openly gay and married to writer-director-physician Roshan Sethi, whom he met on the dating app Raya around 2018. The two frequently collaborate, including on 7 Days (2021) and A Nice Indian Boy (2025), a culture-clashing queer romance in which Soni stars opposite Jonathan Groff; the film has been praised for its heartfelt portrayal of queer South Asian love.
