Sarah Paulson

Sarah Paulson is an American actress who began her career on American Gothic (1995) and Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip (2006), the latter earning her a Golden Globe nomination, before appearing in HBO's Deadwood (2004) as an undercover Pinkerton agent. She is best known for her extraordinary run in Ryan Murphy productions, including nine seasons of American Horror Story (2011, Primetime Emmy Award for Murder House), The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story (2016, Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress), and Ratched (2020), among many others. She has been openly lesbian throughout her career, was in a relationship with actress Cherry Jones from 2004 to 2009, and has been in a relationship with actress Holland Taylor since 2015 -- a romance notable for the 32-year age difference.
