Raven-Symoné

Raven-Symoné is an American actress, singer, and television personality known for The Cosby Show (1989), That's So Raven (2003) and its revival Raven's Home (2017), and as a co-host of The View (1997). She came out as lesbian via Twitter in 2013, becoming one of the more prominent Disney-affiliated performers to publicly come out. She married her longtime girlfriend Miranda Pearman-Maday in June 2020, after briefly breaking up years earlier over Raven-Symoné's own hesitation about being in an interracial relationship; the couple has since co-hosted a podcast together, Tea Time with Raven and Miranda (2024). Raven-Symoné has spoken about the importance of LGBTQ+ representation for young audiences and about her own journey to self-acceptance.
