Patrick Bristow

Patrick Bristow is an openly gay American actor and comedian best known for his recurring role as Peter, the flamboyant stage director, in Ellen (ABC, 1994–1998) — a series that made television history with its star Ellen DeGeneres's coming-out episode in 1997. He appeared in Showgirls (1995) and various other film and television roles, and has been a consistent presence in LGBTQ+ comedy and performance spaces throughout his career.
