Nico Tortorella

Nico Tortorella is an American actor and model, raised in Wilmette, Illinois, who signed with Ford Models at 19 before transitioning to acting, first as supermodel Cole Shepherd on the CW's short-lived The Beautiful Life: TBL (2009), then as gymnast Razor on Make It or Break It (2009) and Jacob Wells on Fox's The Following (2013). They are best known for Josh on Younger (2015) and for The Walking Dead: World Beyond (2020), and appeared in the slasher film Scream 4 (2011). They identify as sexually fluid and bisexual and have used both they/them and he/him pronouns. They married Bethany Meyers, a fitness entrepreneur who is also queer, in 2018 in what both described as a non-monogamous, queer partnership. Tortorella has spoken extensively about sexuality, gender fluidity, and the inadequacy of binary labels, and is the author of All of It Is You (2018), a poetry collection about identity and desire.
