Megan Cavanagh

Megan Cavanagh is an American actress, born and raised in the Chicago area, who made her film debut in A League of Their Own (1992), playing Marla Hooch, and went on to supporting roles in Robin Hood: Men in Tights (1993), Junior (1994), Dracula: Dead and Loving It (1995), and That Darn Cat (1997), as well as voicing Judy Neutron in Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius (2001) and its television spinoff. She has performed in Menopause: The Musical since 2004 and played Madame Arcati in a 2009 production of High Spirits. Cavanagh, a cancer survivor who has spoken publicly about the experience, was married to filmmaker Anne Chamberlain from 2008 until 2020. Her role in A League of Their Own -- a film that has become a touchstone of queer women's culture -- has added to her significance in LGBTQ+ entertainment history.
