Maulik Pancholy

Maulik Pancholy is an Indian-American actor known for Jonathan on 30 Rock (NBC, 2006–2013) and Sanjay's Super Team (Pixar, 2015, voice). He came out as gay in a 2013 interview with Out magazine, speaking warmly about his partner Ryan Corvaia (later his husband). Pancholy has also been a children's book author, writing The Best at It (2019), a middle-grade novel about an Indian-American boy coming to terms with being gay — a direct extension of his own experience. He has been a prominent advocate for LGBTQ+ youth and for South Asian representation.
