Margaret Cho

Margaret Cho is a Korean-American comedian and actress known for her sitcom All-American Girl (1994) — the first US network sitcom centered on an Asian-American family — and her groundbreaking stand-up specials I'm the One That I Want (2000) and Notorious C.H.O. (2002). She has been openly bisexual and queer throughout her career, addressing her sexuality, relationships with men and women, and her queerness in her comedy for decades. Cho has been a passionate advocate for LGBTQ+ rights, trans rights, and sex worker rights, and has performed at countless LGBTQ+ events and benefits.
