Liz Feldman

Liz Feldman is an openly lesbian American writer and producer who began her career in 1995 writing for and performing on Nickelodeon's All That, and went on to write for 2 Broke Girls and The Ellen DeGeneres Show, for which she won four Emmy Awards. She created the NBC sitcom One Big Happy (2015) with Ellen DeGeneres executive producing, before creating Dead to Me (2019), a dark comedy about female friendship and grief that starred Christina Applegate and Linda Cardellini and became one of Netflix's most-watched comedy series, and its follow-up No Good Deed (2024). Feldman came out at the GLAAD Media Awards in 2010 and has been vocal about the importance of queer creators making queer-inflected mainstream comedy.
