Judy Gold is an openly lesbian American comedian, actress, and podcaster known for her stand-up comedy and for recurring roles on Mad About You and Divorce. She won two Daytime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Talk Show as a writer and producer on The Rosie O'Donnell Show in the late 1990s, out of five nominations she received during her time on the series. Her comedy frequently centers on her identity as a lesbian mother and Jewish woman, and she has been an outspoken advocate for LGBTQ+ rights throughout her career. She is also known for the weekly interview podcast Kill Me Now and for her book Yes, I Can Say That: When They Come for the Comedians, We Are All in Trouble (2020), which she adapted into a one-woman show in 2023.
