Jai Rodriguez

Jai Rodriguez is an openly gay American actor, singer, and television personality best known as the Culture expert on the original Queer Eye for the Straight Guy (Bravo, 2003–2007), the groundbreaking makeover series that brought five gay men into mainstream American living rooms at a time when gay visibility on network television was still limited. He has also appeared in Rent (2005), Various Cruelties, and numerous other stage and screen productions. Rodriguez has spoken about the lasting cultural impact of Queer Eye and its role in normalizing gay male friendship and expertise for a broad American audience.
