Elliot Fletcher

Elliot Fletcher is an American transgender actor known for playing Trevor, a transgender teenage boy, in three separate television series: Shameless (Showtime, 2016–2017), The Fosters (Freeform, 2016–2017), and Anne with an E (CBC/Netflix, 2017). He became one of the most visible young transgender actors on US television simultaneously across multiple networks. Fletcher has been openly transgender throughout his career and has spoken about the particular significance of playing trans youth characters as a trans man himself — a rarity in television casting.
