Conrad Ricamora is a Filipino-American actor known for playing Oliver Hampton, the boyfriend and eventual husband of Connor Walsh, on How to Get Away with Murder (2014) β one of the most prominent gay Asian-American characters in US network television β and for starring as Will in Fire Island (2022), the acclaimed gay romantic comedy retelling of Pride and Prejudice. He has been openly gay throughout his career and has spoken about the particular significance of playing gay Asian-American characters at a time when both kinds of representation were rare. An accomplished stage actor, he played opposition leader Ninoy Aquino in Here Lies Love off-Broadway and in its 2023 Broadway production, earning a Theatre World Award for the role. Ricamora has connected his advocacy to his own experience navigating race and sexuality in the entertainment industry.
