Billy Eichner

Billy Eichner is an openly gay American comedian, writer, and actor known for Billy on the Street (Fuse/truTV, 2011–2017), the hyperactive street comedy series in which he ambushes New Yorkers with pop culture questions, and for his recurring role as Craig Middlebrooks on Parks and Recreation. He co-wrote and starred in Bros (Universal, 2022), the first gay romantic comedy produced by a major Hollywood studio with an all-LGBTQ+ principal cast — a historic milestone that Eichner pursued for years. He has been an outspoken advocate for authentic LGBTQ+ representation in Hollywood and for the right of queer creators to tell queer stories without heterosexual intermediaries. He also appeared in American Horror Story: Apocalypse and The Lion King (2019) as Timon.
