Billy Eichner

Billy Eichner is an openly gay American comedian, writer, and actor known for Billy on the Street (2011), the hyperactive street comedy series in which he ambushes New Yorkers with pop culture questions, and for his recurring role as Craig Middlebrooks on Parks and Recreation (2013). He co-wrote and starred in Bros (2022), the first gay romantic comedy produced by a major Hollywood studio with an all-LGBTQ+ principal cast — a historic milestone that Eichner pursued for years. He has been an outspoken advocate for authentic LGBTQ+ representation in Hollywood and for the right of queer creators to tell queer stories without heterosexual intermediaries. He also appeared in American Horror Story (2017) and voiced Timon in The Lion King (2019).
