Andy Cohen

Andy Cohen is an American television producer, writer, and talk show host who serves as executive vice president of original programming at Bravo and hosts Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen (2009), becoming the first openly gay late-night talk show host in American television. He is also the creator and executive producer of the Real Housewives franchise and its many popular spin-offs. He has been openly gay throughout his career and has become a prominent and beloved figure in LGBTQ+ popular culture, particularly in the gay community. He became a father through surrogacy in 2019 and 2022 and has written several bestselling books about his life in entertainment, including The Andy Cohen Diaries (2014).
