Andria Wilson Mirza is a non-binary Canadian film producer and gender-equity advocate. She spent several years as Executive Director of Inside Out, Canada's largest LGBTQ film festival, where she established the world's only LGBTQ Feature Film Financing Forum, launched multiple development funds for queer filmmakers, co-founded the North American Queer Festival Alliance, and built a multi-year partnership between the festival and Netflix. She now directs ReFrame, the film and television industry's gender-equity coalition founded by the Sundance Institute and Women In Film. As a producer, she runs Baby Daal Productions with her wife, filmmaker Fawzia Mirza, with credits including Mirza's The Queen of My Dreams (2023). Named one of Canada's women to watch by the CBC, Wilson Mirza has spoken at festivals including TIFF, Sundance, and Cannes about building a more equitable path for underrepresented filmmakers.
