Amber Heard

Amber Heard is an American actress known for Aquaman (2018, 2023), The Rum Diary (2011), and Drive Angry (2011). She came out as bisexual publicly at the GLAAD Vanguard Awards in 2010, one of the first major Hollywood action film leads to do so, thanking her then-girlfriend photographer Tasya van Ree. She later married and divorced Johnny Depp. Heard has spoken about the courage it required to be visibly bisexual in Hollywood and has described facing discrimination both for her sexuality and for her gender. Her personal life became the subject of intense public scrutiny during her 2022 defamation trial.
